An artist first needs the right tools and then to learn how to use them. The main intent for this set of classes is to become comfortable using and exploring new drawing tools and less on drawing accuracy. Each session will focus on a type of drawing tool that will open doors to new possibilities Beyond a #2 pencil and pink eraser.

Working Toward Realism

Did you know that our minds actually get in the way of our ability to draw accurately? These drawing sessions will focus on training your eye and tricking your brain into drawing what you truly see, and not what you think you see.​

Personal Projects

Many times in the drawing process it helps to have a 2nd pair of eye look at what you're doing and give advice, critique and ideas for to try. Come to my studio and let me help you move forward in your drawing journey.
